Brandy Bottle Water Lily

Brandy bottle (Nuphar Luteum) is a native relative of the water lily. It has bright yellow 2.5-5cm (1-2in) flowers held above large, green, waxy leaves. The flowers smell of alcohol hence its common name. The floating, surface leaves measure around 25 by 30cm (10 by 12 in). Some of the leaves remain submerged and are almost translucent. A vigorous, deeper water plant which needs room to spread so is ideal for a larger pond or lake.
Flowers June to August.
Grow in still or slowly moving water.
Position full sun or partial shade.
Individual plants reach 150cm (60in) across.
Planting depth 90-300cm (36-120in).

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE: You will get he rhizome/root with the stems and leaves cut off. This is because the stems break easily out of the water and were very long making it hard to post. The plant will grow quickly once the rhizome has settled down (presuming they are planted as per supplied instructions) The 2nd picture represents what it looks like now
